Episode 14: From growing up in the smallest US state to eventually shooting for one of the biggest sportswear brands in the country, Marquis' story is one we can all learn and take inspiration from.

As a kid growing up in East Providence, Rhode Island, Marquis played a number of sports, but was eventually recruited to play D-I football at Sacred Heart University.

Like most content creators who have a previous career as an athlete, Marquis broke his leg during his final season in college, but still wanted to be a big member of the team. He would eventually figure out that this meant supporting his teammates through content.

With a solid year of learning the ins and outs of what it takes to be a content creator, Marquis came across a twitter ad for an internship with the New England Patriots. Luckily, he screenshot the ad and later went back to apply, not thinking he would even get an initial interview.

Fast forward a few weeks, Marquis wasn't just working for the Patriots, he was attending Super Bowls and shooting some of the best athletes in the world.

Eventually, Marquis' hard work, talent, and networking earned him a position at Under Armour, where he remains today. His resume continues to grow, shooting commercials with athletes like Joel Embiid and Jonathan Taylor.

More importantly, he remains a prime example of someone who didn't let an injury negatively impact their future.
